Eating vegetables leads to a better life

Growing up we’ve always told you to eat your vegetables because it will make you healthy and strong; however, by obeying us at the dinner table, you are actually better preparing yourself for new life experiences. You never wanted to eat the broccoli or asparagus, but by forcing yourself to try new things and straining through the task of eating one more bite you developed the skills of perseverance and determination. Accomplishing small tasks, one bite at a time, helped you learn how to handle the larger tasks that are bound to arise in schoolwork, a career, or maintaining relationships with friends and family.
